Who we are
LeadArchitect is a trading name of Jesús Alcocer Tagua, sole trader registered in Poland, the data controller. Contact: hello@getleadarchitect.com.
The short version
- We contact UK companies about problems we measured on their public websites. One email, at most one follow-up.
- We keep only what we need to do that, for at most 90 days unless you reply.
- Reply "no" to any email, or write to us, and we stop and delete your details.
- This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.
What we collect, and where it comes from

We don't collect personal social media, reviews, private phone numbers or anything about website visitors.
Why, and on what basis
To offer website improvement services to UK companies, by sending one email that describes a problem we found and offers a free report. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in finding clients (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your interests: business contact details only, companies only, minimal data, short retention and an easy way out. We email limited companies, LLPs and PLCs only, as the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations allow; we don't email sole traders or partnerships without consent.
How long we keep it
- If you don't reply: deleted within 90 days.
- If you ask us to stop: your details are deleted straight away, except your email address or domain on a do-not-contact list, so we never write again.
- If you become a client: what's needed for the work and for invoicing, for as long as the law requires.
Who processes it for us
- Google (Workspace): our email.
- Smartlead: sending our emails and managing the do-not-contact list.
- Apify: collecting public business listings.
- Cloudflare: hosting this website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EU under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Don't contact me
Reply "no" to our email, or write to hello@getleadarchitect.com with your website or email address. We stop at once and delete your details.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to our use of it at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
